Job summary

Dragados UK & Ireland seeks a Sub-Agent (Structures) to lead reinforced concrete packages within a major data centre project in London. You will coordinate between design, construction, procurement and commercial teams, ensuring delivery within schedule and cost targets.

You will drive readiness planning, monitor progress, manage risks and foster safe, compliant site practices across the package. The role requires leadership of a multi-disciplinary construction team and adherence to project

Qualifications

Degree, HNC or HND in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
Experience delivering structural works on major construction projects.
Membership of ICE, CIOB, APM or equivalent body (or working towards).
Experience managing reinforced concrete packages and temporary works.

Responsibilities

Lead packages to deliver outcomes within time, cost and quality requirements.
Coordinate between construction, design, procurement and commercial departments.
Ensure quality, assurance and compliance documentation is provided in a timely manner.
Monitor progress, report costs, forecast and risks to the Project Package Lead.
Oversee timeframes and budgets and drive readiness planning for works.
