Job summary

Balfour Beatty plc is seeking a Sub Agent to support the Design Engineering team on the Lower Thames Crossing project, a landmark UK infrastructure scheme delivering a new road and tunnel.

You will lead programme control, design management, and site delivery, working with engineers, subcontractors and stakeholders to hit challenging milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and coordinating designers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Strong planning, scheduling and programme management skills.
• Knowledge of construction legislation, safety requirements and industry best practice.

Responsibilities

• Promote health, safety and wellbeing across the project.
• Produce and monitor stage programmes using Microsoft Project.
• Coordinate design development, RFIs and technical interfaces.
• Support Package Manager in delivering enabling works and main works.
• Lead quality assurance including inspection and test plans and records.
