Job summary

Octavius Infrastructure is seeking a Sub Agent to oversee civil engineering projects within the M25 framework. You will manage site operations, supervise delivery and drive efficiency while ensuring safety, quality and cost control across schemes.

The role requires experience in highways projects, NEC contracts, and CDM regulations, with strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering civil engineering projects in highways.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts, CDM regulations, risk and cost management.
• Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering, with professional certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage small-scale construction sites or support larger schemes within the highways infrastructure portfolio.
• Lead site operations, manage programmes, supervise delivery and drive efficiency.
• Uphold health and safety, environmental impact and cost control across projects.
• Collaborate to deliver client expectations through quality workmanship.
