Job summary

Ganymede Solutions is seeking an experienced Sub Agent to manage key sections of highways construction projects in Sheffield. You will lead a team, ensure compliance with quality standards, and coordinate with various stakeholders for successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in highways, experience mentoring Site Engineers, and a solid understanding of NEC contracts. This is a hands-on role for those who can lead effectively in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of highways construction.
• Experience leading self-delivered works.
• CSCS card and SMSTS qualification required.
