Job summary

TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting a Sub Agent to support a major infrastructure upgrade programme at Sellafield, working with a leading Tier-1 contractor. This is a site-based role within the delivery team, responsible for managing the day-to-day construction of civils and infrastructure packages within a highly regulated nuclear environment.

Location: Sellafield, Cumbria. You will lead on-site operations, coordinate teams and subcontractors, monitor progress and ensure safe, on-time delivery

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sub Agent or Senior Site Engineer progressing to Sub Agent in civils/infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts.
• Experience on major projects or in regulated environments.
• SMSTS and CSCS (or equivalent) credentials.
• Demonstrated leadership, planning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site operations to deliver works safely, on programme and to budget
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and supply chain
• Plan and monitor short-term programmes and resource requirements
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental standards
• Oversee quality control, inspections and handover documentation
• Liaise with the client, designers and wider project team
