Job summary

TRIbuild Solutions is seeking a Sub Agent to support a major infrastructure upgrade programme at Sellafield, working with a leading Tier-1 contractor. This is a site-based role within the delivery team, responsible for managing day-to-day civils and infrastructure works in a highly regulated nuclear environment.

You will lead site operations, coordinate teams and subcontractors, plan short-term programmes and ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sub Agent or Senior Site Engineer progressing to Sub Agent within civils or infrastructure.
• Sound understanding of NEC contracts.
• Experience on major projects or within regulated environments.
• SMSTS and CSCS (or equivalent).
• Strong leadership, planning and communication skills.
