Job summary

TriBuild is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a major infrastructure programme at Sellafield, Cumbria. The role focuses on managing commercial and contractual aspects within a highly regulated nuclear environment.

You will lead commercial management from award through final account, prepare valuations and forecasts, and oversee subcontractor packages to ensure value for money and strict governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within civils or infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of NEC contracts.
• Experience on major projects or within regulated environments.
• Excellent analytical, commercial and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management of major infrastructure works from award through to final account.

About the Role
TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a major infrastructure upgrade programme at Sellafield, working with a leading Tier-1 contractor.

This is a key commercial role within the project team, responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of complex civils and infrastructure packages within a highly regulated nuclear environment.
