Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of construction techniques, site engineering and temporary works.
• Good knowledge of CDM Regulations and Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental systems.
• Experience in managing construction projects and leading site teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the successful delivery of a small project or a defined work package.
• Lead and coordinate site teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
