Peace Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sub Agent for a long-term civil engineering project in Caithness. The role involves taking ownership of site delivery and working closely with Project Managers, Engineers and subcontractors.

You will manage day-to-day site delivery, coordinate engineers and subcontractors, monitor programme and progress, and ensure QA and documentation meet project standards. Accommodation is provided and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil engineering projects on-site delivery.
• Ability to manage day-to-day site delivery and QA/documentation.
• Familiar with RAMS, permits and H&S requirements.

Peace Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sub Agent for a long-term civil engineering project in Caithness.

We are looking for someone with a strong civils background who is comfortable taking ownership of site delivery and working closely with Project Managers, Engineers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing day-to-day site delivery
• Coordinating engineers, subcontractors, labour and plant
• Programme and progress monitoring
• Managing QA and project documentation
• RAMS, permits and H&S requirements
• Liaising with the client and wider project team
• Resolving site and technical issues
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and specification

Previous experience across energy, substations, heavy civils, roads, drainage, earthworks, concrete or major infrastructure would be particularly relevant.

We would consider experienced Sub Agents, Senior Engineers or Site Agents who have a strong delivery background and are comfortable working away.

Accommodation is provided and the working pattern includes every second weekend
