Contract Scotland seeks a documentation-focused Sub-Agent for a major infrastructure project in northern Scotland. This role emphasizes detailed site documentation, strict contractor/client processes and ensuring all records, permits and RAMS are organized and compliant.
The position requires SMSTS, CSCS and proven experience as Sub-Agent or similar, with the ability to coordinate across teams. Accommodation and lunch are provided for those travelling to site.
A documentation-focused Sub-Agent is required for a major infrastructure and energy project in the far north of Scotland.
This is not a setting-out role. The work centres on keeping a demanding construction package organised, compliant and moving: managing technical records, quality paperwork, inspections, permits, RAMS, handover information and day-to-day coordination across the project team.
The scheme includes a new and existing substation, five steel-frame buildings, concrete floors, roads and drainage. Experience around substations, power, utilities or major infrastructure would be useful, but the key requirement is someone with an engineering background who is exceptionally comfortable with detailed site documentation and strict contractor/client processes.
The site week runs 7:00am-6:00pm Monday to Thursday, with an early finish on Friday. A later start on Monday may be possible for those travelling to the location from further afield. Accommodation and lunch are provided for those candidates travelling from outside the local area.
