Job summary

Urban Connect is seeking an experienced Sub Agent to join a leading national Tier One contractor on major water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Oxfordshire. In this role, you will coordinate day-to-day site activities, manage subcontractors and resources, and support the Site Agent and Project Manager to deliver works on time.

You will monitor progress, ensure RAMS, drawings and specs are followed, and uphold health, safety and environmental standards on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sub Agent, Site Agent or similar site management position.
• Strong experience within the water and wastewater sector.
• A good understanding of construction processes and project delivery.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to complete associated paperwork to a high standard.
• A proactive and hands-on approach to site management.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage effectively with site teams, subcontractors and senior management.
• The ability to identify issues early and drive solutions to keep the programme on track.
• A strong commitment to health, safety, quality and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sub Agent to join a leading national Tier One contractor, working on major water and wastewater projects across Oxfordshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional with a strong water sector background who is looking to work on major infrastructure projects with a well-established Tier One contractor.

The Role

As Sub Agent, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of water and wastewater projects, working closely with the Site Agent, Project Manager and wider delivery team.
