Stylist (Dog Groomer) – Watford Century – 24 Hours

Who are we?
We’re Pets at Home – a leading pet care retailer with Pet Care Centres, Grooming salons, and Vets for Pets practices across the UK.

What’s the role?
Our Stylists are essential to our grooming salons' success. You will be responsible for all aspects of pet grooming, delivering high-standard, thorough grooms. You will exceed customer expectations by providing excellent service and utilizing your communication skills to engage with customers and their pets daily.

We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver service aligned with our goal of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'. Who are we looking for?

• People passionate about delivering excellent service.
• Flexible individuals able to work a shift pattern across 7 days a week, with a minimum of 24 hours, often more during busy periods.
• Confident with a good understanding of dog grooming styles/trends, capable of completing high-standard grooms on various breeds from start to finish.
• Experience in a customer-facing salon environment is preferred.
• Experience in a target-driven environment is desirable but not essential.
