Stylist (Dog Groomer) – Newbury South

We’re Pets at Home – if you love pets, you might already know about our Pet Care Centres, which include Pets Grooming salons and Vets for Pets practices across the UK.

What’s the role?

Our Stylists are vital to our Pets Grooming salons' success. You will handle all aspects of pet grooming, delivering thorough, high-standard grooms. You will exceed customer expectations by providing excellent service and engaging with customers and their pets daily.

We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver service aligned with our goal of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'. You’ll enjoy a competitive base salary, with earning opportunities through our Earn As You Learn programmes and additional pay through extra training.

Who are we looking for?

• Passionate about delivering excellent service.
• Flexible to work a shift pattern across 7 days a week, with a minimum of 39 hours, often more during busy periods.
• Confident with dog grooming, styles/trends, and capable of delivering high-standard grooms from start to finish on different breeds.
• Experience in a customer-facing salon environment preferred.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
