Job summary

Cornwall College is seeking a Vocational Studies Progression Pathways Study Programme Manager based at the Camborne campus. The role focuses on leading the progression pathways programme within Vocational Studies and supporting learners, including those with SEND and behavioural difficulties.

You will oversee all aspects of the programme as a pathway lead, ensuring a positive, engaging learner experience and high-quality teaching and learning throughout. 37 hours per week, full time.

Qualifications

• Level 5 teaching qualification or willingness to work towards within three years.
• Minimum Level 2 in English and Mathematics.
• Experience with students with SEND or behavioural difficulties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the programme as a pathway lead within Vocational Studies.
• Support learners to ensure a positive, engaging experience and high-quality teaching and learning.
• Contribute to a positive experience for all learners, with a focus on SEND and behavioural needs.
