Job summary

hVIVO in London is seeking a qualified Study Physician to support screening and assessment of subjects in our clinical trials. You will ensure procedures are performed to protocol, SOPs, ICH GCP and GMC requirements, with a focus on patient safety and data integrity.

The role spans study management, volunteer screening, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. A current GMC registration, medical degree, and ALS certification are essential, with strong Phlebotomy/Cannulation skills

Qualifications

• Full GMC registration and medical degree are required.
• Current ALS certification is required.
• Fluency in English and ability to operate within the UK healthcare system is essential.
• Phlebotomy and cannulation skills are desirable for procedure support.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical procedures within protocol and as competent.
• Supervise and review procedures performed by other staff for eligibility and changes in clinical condition.
• Conduct informed consent procedures maintaining ICH GCP standards throughout.
• Provide clinical support and expertise to the clinical team in the unit.
• Identify service improvements and work with seniors to raise standards.
