HLM Architects is seeking a proactive Studio Executive to join our Glasgow studio and work closely with the Studio Director and team. You will provide facilities management, front of house duties and general administrative support to help the studio run smoothly.

The role offers variety and the chance to make a tangible impact, from ordering supplies and planning staff engagement events to dealing professionally with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide facilities management, front of house duties and general administrative support.
• Assist with day-to-day studio operations: order supplies, plan staff engagement events, and handle client interactions.
• Serve as go-to person for all studio-related matters and support the Studio Director and team.
• Support a smooth running of the Glasgow studio and contribute to a positive, efficient work environment.
