We are looking for an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to champion the careers of our Cerologists and drive business success. This person must excel in managing daily operations and supporting business growth, confidently overseeing client service, HR, local marketing/PR, inventory, and fiscal responsibilities. Passion for the beauty industry, ongoing learning, and community engagement are essential.

SUMMARY:

The Studio Manager oversees daily operations and leads a team to deliver an exceptional client experience. They collaborate with owners on HR, marketing, customer relations, and financial management, and must be accessible 24/7 as the first point of contact.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Client acquisition, experience, and retention
2. Inventory management
3. Local marketing, community engagement, social media, and PR
4. Staff recruitment, management, development, and retention
5. Studio upkeep, safety, and equipment maintenance
6. P&L management
7. Execution of promotions and loyalty program growth

ROLE SCOPE AND COMPLEXITY:

This role ensures maximum operational efficiency, high client satisfaction, staff development, and profitability. The manager must ensure compliance with state laws and proper licensing of Cerologists, delivering a high-end client experience.
