AtkinsRéalis is seeking an innovative Studio Lead to join our Birmingham team, shaping the architectural offering across the Midlands, South-West and Wales. You will lead design excellence, engage with clients, bid for opportunities, and oversee day-to-day studio operations in a multi-disciplinary environment.

The successful candidate will be ARB-registered, with extensive lead coordination experience, BIM/Revit proficiency, and a strong track record in education, commercial and local government

Formación

• ARB registered Architect with experience in Birmingham and wider South-West markets.
• A creative designer with understanding of technical delivery.
• Experience preparing bids and tenders.
• Ability to confidently engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Direct experience as lead coordinator delivering projects at all stages.
• Proficient with BIM and Revit.
• Full UK Driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Strategically grow the Birmingham studio portfolio and lead work-winning efforts.
• Lead project delivery across stages with strong design leadership.
• Manage day-to-day studio operations, staffing, resources and finances.
• Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver major opportunities.
• Travel as project demands require.
