Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Architectural Studio Lead to head the Belfast/Aberdeen/Inverness architecture team within the North, Scotland and Northern Ireland Practice. The role focuses on growing the local portfolio across commercial, education and local government sectors, delivering projects from inception to delivery.

You will manage staff development, resources and finance, lead bids, and drive design leadership across the office while engaging with clients and stakeholders to secure

Qualifications

• Qualified Architect with ARB registration.
• Experience with commercial, education, local government sector clients.
• Strong bid/tender experience.
• Proven leadership and design management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the studio as it grows.
• Lead and support business development, bids and tenders in local/regional markets.
• Develop design culture and capability within the team.
• Develop designs with strong narrative to enhance reputation.
