An ambitious Associate Architect is sought to join a growing team of four, helping shape the Birmingham studio through leadership, project delivery and client development. The ideal candidate will be ARB registered with 8+ years' experience, lead multidisciplinary teams, manage projects from inception to completion across RIBA stages, and drive business development in the

Qualifications

• ARB registered architect with UK experience.
• 8+ years' professional experience or readiness to step up to Associate.
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning policy.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running and development of the Birmingham office.
• Work closely with the Birmingham Partner and regional team.
• Lead projects from inception through to completion across RIBA stages 0-7.
• Manage project delivery and coordinate internal teams and external consultants.
• Mentor junior team members and drive client development and relationships.
