Job summary

The Production Factory in London is seeking a highly organized Studio Manager to oversee our ecommerce studio operations, delivering high-volume, on-brand imagery that drives conversion and supports client digital channels. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of Photographers, Stylists, Retouchers and Copywriters and collaborate with creative and client teams to ensure shoots are on time and on-brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Studio Manager role for ecommerce, ideally fashion retail.
• Experience managing high-volume ecommerce shoots and leading a studio team.
• Strong project management and organisational skills with multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day running of the ecommerce studio, delivering shoots on time and to brand standard.
• Develop and improve studio workflows, SOPs, and scheduling systems.
• Lead pre-production planning from brief to call sheets and shoot schedules.
