Job summary

Keplin Group Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a proven product photographer to own end-to-end shoots, lead on shoot days, and deliver retouched images ready for design. You will plan in-house studio sessions, manage schedules, mentor assistants, and collaborate with marketing and design teams to maintain brand consistency across product and lifestyle imagery.

This role offers flexibility with one day per week working from home and opportunities to grow into a leadership position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a product photographer in e-commerce, FMCG, or consumer retail.
• Proven mentoring track record with assistants or junior photographers.
• Strong portfolio spanning product, lifestyle, and campaign photography.
• Ability to set up and manage a studio independently — lighting, backdrops, tethering, and camera setup.
• Advanced editing in Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Experience briefing and directing freelancers and junior team members on shoot days.
• Excellent organisation managing multiple shoot schedules and stakeholders.
• Understanding of Amazon and marketplace image specifications.
• Collaborative with designers, marketers and buyers.
• Comfortable giving constructive feedback.
• Bonus: product videography or 360° spin rigs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product and campaign photography from studio setup to final delivery.
• Plan, set up, and run in-house studio shoots for high-volume SKUs across brands.
• Shoot Amazon & e-commerce imagery, including 360° spins and infographics.
• Deliver assets for catalogues, social media, ads, packaging and trade shows.
• Edit, retouch and colour-correct images to brand standards.
• Manage shoot schedules, equipment, and studio maintenance to meet deadlines.
• Source props and manage location logistics for lifestyle shoots.
• Brief and direct freelance photographers, assistants or junior team members.
