Job summary

New Look is seeking an experienced Studio Producer to coordinate ecommerce studio production, manage resources, schedules and budgets, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners. The role emphasizes operational excellence, problem solving and strong stakeholder communication in a fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Studio Producer, Production Coordinator or similar production role.
• Experience working within an ecommerce, photography or content production environment.
• Strong shoot scheduling, resource planning and production management experience.
• Experience managing freelance talent, suppliers and external partners.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the planning, resourcing and delivery of the ecommerce studio schedule.
• Manage freelancer and on-set resource requirements, including bookings, confirmations, call sheets, holiday cover and absence management.
• Anticipate and resolve operational challenges to ensure the smooth running of daily studio activity.
• Plan resource requirements around intake fluctuations and peak trading periods.
• Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day production and operational queries.
• Ensure all stakeholders understand priorities, expectations and delivery requirements.
• Support onboarding and experience of models, freelancers and external partners on-site.
• Monitor attendance and arrival times, escalating issues impacting delivery.
• Continuously review production processes to improve efficiency and workflow.
