Studio Coordinator

We are partnering with a global Interior Design Studio known for creative excellence to find them a Studio Coordinator to be the face of the studio and the linchpin that keeps everything running smoothly.

You’ll welcome clients, keep the studio sharp, and make sure calls, emails, meetings, and logistics run like clockwork. From greeting VIP guests to booking taxis and keeping track of post, you're the first to notice when something’s off—and you fix it fast.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the first point of contact—calls, emails, guests, and deliveries
• Manage studio calendars and team whereabouts
• Keep the studio looking its best—always client-ready
• Organise meetings, refreshments, and hospitality (with a sharp eye for detail)
• Handle post, couriers, taxis, and basic facilities upkeep
• Keep stationery stocked and admin tidy

Who you are?

You will have a genuine interest in Interiors and enjoy working in such a busy, sometimes chaotic environment! You will be warm and engaging, and someone who doesn't mind getting involved in the day-to-day needed to keep the studio in mint condition. A real problem solver, with a can-do attitude. As a junior role, we are looking for someone who is starting out on their career path. Previous experience working in luxury fashion, or high-end hospitality could be beneficial or prior experience working as a Studio Coordinator.
