Job summary

onlyFE is seeking a proactive administrator to support work placement engagement officers and coaches in Construction Crafts and Building Services. You will help students, employers and staff by managing bookings, using the work placement system and generating reports to track progress.

The role requires excellent communication, relationship-building and the ability to multitask across multiple tasks and events, including some after-hours work for open evenings and external events.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating with students, employers and stakeholders.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and databases.
• Flexible to work outside standard hours for events.

Responsibilities

• Assist work placement officers and coaches with administrative tasks.
• Support students dropping in and book interventions.
• Support to use the work placement management and tracking system.
• Create reports for the team, teachers and Heads of Centre.
• Help ensure health and safety paperwork and risk assessments are completed.
