EFI Group seeks a dedicated Safeguarding & Wellbeing Officer to support, safeguard and champion student success across its academy network in London. The role includes frontline advice, referrals, pastoral care, and acting as a designated safeguarding lead within the Student Services Team.

The post holder will be compassionate, an active listener, and prepared for disclosures in line with EFI safeguarding policies, contributing to an exceptional student support experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within an educational environment.
• Experience providing pastoral and wellbeing support to learners.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, wellbeing, equality and diversity, and issues affecting young people.

Responsabilités

• Provide frontline safeguarding and wellbeing advice and referrals.
• Act as designated safeguarding lead and support student welfare across EFI Group.
• Deliver proactive pastoral support and maintain confidentiality.
