Study Group is seeking a Wellbeing & Engagement Officer at the Brighton site (University of Sussex International Study Centre) on a part-time fixed-term contract until 28 September 2028. • Experience supporting students in educational contexts.
• Experience organising trips and conducting risk assessments.
• Experience creating engaging content and delivering workshops.
• Experience collaborating with external partners.
• Experience facilitating student voice with feedback mechanisms.
• Experience in regulated environments.
• Experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide welfare and pastoral support to students.
• Manage reception and respond to student queries.
• Coordinate health registration with NHS and GP partners.
• Plan and run welfare events and student activities.
• Assist with Mitigating Circumstances forms and meetings.
