  • Experience organising trips and conducting risk assessments.
  • Experience creating engaging content and delivering workshops.
  • Experience collaborating with external partners.
  • Experience facilitating student voice with feedback mechanisms.
  • Experience in regulated environments.
  • Experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide welfare and pastoral support to students.
  • Manage reception and respond to student queries.
  • Coordinate health registration with NHS and GP partners.
  • Plan and run welfare events and student activities.
  • Assist with Mitigating Circumstances forms and meetings.
