Job summary

Study Group is seeking a dedicated Student Experience and Wellbeing Coordinator at Kingston University International Study Centre in Kingston upon Thames. The role is full-time, with a fixed-term of 1 year, and involves coordinating student wellbeing, enrichment and engagement while supporting the Centre’s safeguarding obligations.

The post holder will act as the designated safeguarding lead, manage welfare casework, organise induction and activities, and collaborate with the university partner

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree (or equivalent)
  • Administration or management training/qualification
  • Higher level safeguarding training
  • Line management of staff
  • Supporting students in an educational context
  • Working to develop, build and maintain the Student Experience
  • Working in a regulated environment

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate provision of student welfare, safeguarding, Prevent and Enrichment within the centre.
  • Manage casework and ensure fair loading of Welfare and Student Experience Officers.
  • Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead and escalate safeguarding issues per policy.
  • Organise induction and wellbeing activities and develop related materials.
  • Collaborate with Senior Coordinator Progression to support student performance.
  • Analyse data to identify enhancements to welfare and learning support.
