Job summary

Aston University in Birmingham is seeking a Student Wellbeing Case Manager to join the Student Life Directorate. The role oversees complex wellbeing cases, triage and risk-related work, and ensures defensible records and timely escalation.

You will support practitioners and managers through effective oversight of caseloads and capacity. Experience in higher education or similar settings is advantageous; confidentiality and data protection are essential.

Qualifications

• Holds a relevant professional qualification in mental health, safeguarding or related discipline with substantial experience.
• Experience in complex wellbeing case management, triage and risk-related work.
• Ability to maintain high-quality, defensible records and manage confidentiality.
