Job summary

You will collaborate with the Assistant Head for Behaviour, Heads of Learning and Student Support staff to reduce exclusions and provide a structured space for pupils to return to lessons ready to learn. Full training and DBS checks apply.

Qualifications

• Supports students with barriers to learning due to behaviours.
• Requires safeguarding awareness and resilience.
• Ability to work with multiple teams to support pupils.
