Astrea Academy Woodfields is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Officer to join our pastoral team. You will help create a positive, safe and supportive learning environment, support scholar wellbeing, behaviour and engagement, and work with the pastoral leads to ensure high expectations are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in pastoral or student welfare is desirable.
• Ability to liaise with families and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive behaviour, attendance and wellbeing among scholars.
• Liaise with parents, carers and external agencies to coordinate support.
• Support the academy behaviour systems, detention and reintegration processes.
• Maintain accurate pastoral records and generate reports.
