Job summary

The Hadley Learning Community - Secondary Phase is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support role to promote wellbeing, attendance and positive behaviours. You will provide pastoral support, mentor students and help manage behaviour incidents to support a safe and inclusive school environment.

You will work closely with families, staff and external agencies to improve outcomes, ensure safeguarding processes are followed and help create an atmosphere where every student can succeed and engage with

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people
• Understanding of safeguarding practices is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Provide pastoral support to students and families
• Mentor students to promote positive behaviours and wellbeing
• Assist in managing behaviour incidents and attendance monitoring
