• Support the Pastoral Team in ensuring welfare, safety and inclusion of all students.
• Assist in managing behaviour support, tracking achievement and behaviour data.
• Set detentions and oversee suspensions.
• Run the Ready for Learning (RFL) room and support student reintegration with restorative practice.
