Job summary

Cirencester Vets for Pets is offering a placement for a motivated Student Veterinary Nurse eager to start a veterinary nursing career. You will learn alongside our experienced team in a modern, well-equipped practice and gain hands-on experience with small animals.

You must be currently studying to become an SVN, and the role is full-time (40 hours per week) with 1 in 4 weekends. Excellent communication and a caring approach are essential.

Qualifications

• You must be currently studying / being enrolled as an SVN.
• Full-time availability of 40 hours per week, including 1 in 4 weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support RVNs and assist with diagnostic tests.
• Prepare for surgical procedures and care for small animals.
• Replenish stock and maintain a clean, organised practice environment.
• Support clients in person and over the phone.
