This opportunity would suit either a candidate who is already enrolled on a Veterinary Nursing course and looking for a new placement, or someone who meets the eligibility requirements and is keen to begin their Veterinary Nursing studies next year.As a Student Veterinary Nurse, you will play an important role in supporting our clinical team and delivering exceptional patient and client care. Under direct clinical supervision, you will carry out appropriate nurse consultations, assist veterinary surgeons with procedures, and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.About YouTo be eligible for this opportunity, applicants must:Be at least 18 years of age.Be eligible to enrol with the RCVS as a Student Veterinary Nurse.Meet one of the following academic requirements:Hold a minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade 4 (C) or above, including English Language, Mathematics, and a Science subject; orHold a Level 2 Diploma in Veterinary Care Assistance alongside GCSEs at Grade 4-9, including English Language, Mathematics, and a Science subject; orHold Grade 4 (C) or above (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics, plus an additional two GCSEs at Grade 4 (C) or above.Additional RequirementsAs part of this role, you will participate in a 1 in 3 weekend rota at our 24-Hour Hospital in Enfield.
