The University of York is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Student Systems team. The role focuses on configuring, developing and maintaining the student record system (SITS) and its integrations, underpinning core university activities across Academic and Professional Services.

You will lead requirements elicitation, support user acceptance testing (UAT) and service transition, and guide stakeholders through prioritisation while managing risks and coordinating with external suppliers.

Qualifikationen

• A sound understanding of the student lifecycle and student record data principles.
• Experience of contributing to or leading business analysis activities with a range of stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and communicate sometimes complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• An ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats.
• An ability to respond to changing business needs and priorities.
• A Level 3 qualification (or equivalent professional experience).
