Job summary

University of Plymouth is seeking a Business System Analyst to shape the ongoing development of our Student Records System (SRS) and optimise SITS usage across the University.

You will engage with stakeholders to capture requirements, configure the system, test changes and document outcomes. The role is on-site 3 days a week, with some remote/home working possible to support our business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience working with large relational databases; preferably SITS.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills; able to articulate ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Be central to enhancing business processes and ensuring the effective use of SITS across the University.
• Routinely engage with stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
• Act as the bridge between business needs and system capability.
• Configure the system, test and document changes that enhance service delivery and improve user experience.
