Job description

Job Title: Student Support Worker

Are you considering a career in Education? A great starting point could be Student Support Work. While supporting our students' needs, you'll gain valuable experience that is both fulfilling and rewarding.

Job Purpose:

1. To provide support (both group and 1:1) for learners with additional needs on College Provision.
2. To work alongside tutors to provide effective support for learners in a classroom environment, following directions from the tutor, and collaborating with other Student Support Workers to deliver support.
3. To liaise with key team members to inform planning and support for learners in educational and pastoral activities, promoting progression into independent learning and further educational opportunities.
