Henry Blue Ltd is seeking a Full Time Personal Development Tutor to support learners with personal development, wellbeing and progression towards further education and employment. You will deliver group tutorials, run one-to-one discussions, and help students build confidence and employability.

37 hours per week, ASAP start, enhanced DBS required. You will work with staff to monitor progress, maintain records and foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment.

Competenze

• Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, mentoring, pastoral support or working within an education setting.
• Experience supporting young people and developing their confidence, engagement and personal skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to deliver group sessions and provide one-to-one support.
• Enhanced DBS required.
• Must be available to start ASAP.
