Dovetail and Slate in London is seeking a dedicated Student Achievement Tutor on a temporary basis. You will deliver tutorials, provide enrichment and pastoral support, and manage a caseload to help learners progress and achieve SMART targets.

You will run weekly group sessions plus 1:1 coaching, while liaising with families and external agencies to secure joined-up support and track impact. A calm, empathetic approach is essential.

About the Role

You’ll work with an education provider, delivering tutorials, enrichment and pastoral support while helping learners prepare for their next steps.

You’ll manage a caseload of learners, tracking their progress and stepping in early where someone is at risk of not achieving. You’ll build strong relationships with students, colleagues and families so that support is joined up and timely.

Your responsibilities will include:
