Askham Bryan College is seeking a Progress Tutor to join the Student Services team. The role involves delivering weekly tutorial sessions on employability and life skills, supporting students one-to-one, and promoting positive study habits in a friendly, inclusive environment.

You will work with teaching staff to enable student success, assist with university applications and career planning, and help students build confidence and achieve their goals. A full driving licence is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting, mentoring, teaching or coaching young people.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for helping students develop academically and personally.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• GCSE English and Maths at Level 2 or above.

Contract: Full Time, 37 hours per week

Do you enjoy supporting young people to succeed, build confidence and achieve their goals? We're looking for a caring, organised and enthusiastic Progress Tutor to join our Student Services team.
