Job summary

Morgan Hunt is seeking a dedicated learner support professional to provide one-to-one and group support, helping learners stay engaged and make progress. You will monitor attendance and achievement, address concerns promptly, and work with learners to set meaningful targets and review their development.

You will deliver tutorials on personal development, wellbeing, and progression, collaborating with teaching staff to ensure learners receive the right support and maintaining accurate records,

Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people in an education, mentoring or pastoral setting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with learners.
• Proactive, empathetic approach to supporting students with different needs.
• Good organisational skills and confidence managing a caseload.
• An understanding of safeguarding and promoting learner welfare.
