Job summary

Little Heath School is seeking a calm, well-organised Student Support Provision Coordinator to manage The Bridge provision and support students facing barriers to learning. You will work closely with the SENDCO/Deputy SENDCO and alongside Learning Mentors, teachers and safeguarding staff.

The role emphasises relationship-building, resilience and successful transitions back to lessons, with a focus on inclusion and improving outcomes for young people.

Qualifications

• Ability to build warm, trusting relationships with young people while maintaining boundaries.
• Calm, organised and able to coordinate a busy student provision.
• Support for students facing emotional, SEND-related or other barriers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily operation of The Bridge provision.
• Work with students to access planned and responsive support.
• Contribute observations to reviews of individual student provision.
• Support transitions back into lessons or other provision.
