A leading educational center is seeking a full-time Receptionist/Administrator to be the welcoming face of the organization. The role involves managing customer interactions, providing high-quality service, and ensuring smooth office operations during busy afternoon and evening shifts in South-West London. Applicants should have relevant experience in customer-facing roles and exhibit excellent communication and multitasking skills.
We are looking for full time receptionist/administrator to manage front-of-house and communications during our afternoon and evening opening hours at branches based in South-West London (New Malden, KT3 & Sutton, SM1).
Both branches are situated close to the station, the high street and attractive local amenities.
About the role:
The Student Support Officer (School Receptionist) is the welcoming face of OxBridge Centre - you will be the first and last person many of our customers will see in the branch. As the main point of contact for customers, you will spend your time ensuring students and parents are getting the most out of their tuition, any issues are resolved, and any unresolvable concerns are triaged to the appropriate colleague.
We’re looking for people who deliver high-quality customer service and always strive to do more for the customer.

Successful applicants would ideally work full time, contracted for up to 35 hours a week. Shifts would be from 12.15pm-8.15pm on weekdays, and 9.30am-4.30pm on Saturdays.
