We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Support Officer to join our team in a finance-focused capacity. This key administrative role supports smooth financial operations by managing routine tasks related to payments and invoicing.

Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary

Salary: £15.63 per hour

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Support Officer to join our team in a finance-focused capacity. This key administrative role supports smooth financial operations by managing routine tasks related to payments and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage a busy shared mailbox, ensuring prompt responses and accurate information handling.
  • Process invoices and payments efficiently, ensuring compliance with internal policies and financial procedures.
  • Liaise with external providers to chase outstanding invoices and resolve any payment queries.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to financial tracking and reporting as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance and wider business support teams.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in a business support or administrative role with a focus on finance.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
