Chellaston Academy is seeking a Learning Mentor to support students who need additional help to thrive academically, socially and emotionally. It is a hands-on, student-focused role that sits within the wider Tapestry Learning Partnership vision of inclusion, care, and excellence.

The role involves helping pupils overcome social, emotional, or learning barriers, building strong relationships with students and families, and contributing to a safe, inclusive school community that values wellbeing
