Job summary

Chellaston Academy in the East Midlands is seeking a Learning Mentor to support students who need extra help to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.

This hands-on, student-focused role sits within the Tapestry Learning Partnership, emphasizing inclusion, care and excellence.

You will work closely with staff to create a safe, encouraging environment and help pupils build confidence, resilience and positive behaviour.

• Support students who need additional help to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
• Work within the Tapestry Learning Partnership to promote inclusion, care and excellence.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to monitor progress and adapt support to individual needs.
• Contribute to creating a safe, welcoming environment that encourages positive behaviour and high standards.
