Job summary

Coast and Vale Learning Trust is seeking an enthusiastic, innovative and resilient individual to provide strong support and assistance to staff and students across the school. The role involves presenting pre-prepared work to groups of students and carrying out supervisory duties as well as administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, calm under pressure, and able to communicate effectively with students, staff and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Highly organized, focused and able to maintain a calm and friendly approach.
• Demonstrates patience and empathy and excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with students, staff and colleagues.
• Experience of working with young people.
• Ability to work independently and know when to ask for help and support.

Responsibilities

• Present pre-prepared work to groups of students, normally in the absence of the class teacher.
• Carry out supervisory duties and administrative tasks as required.
