Job summary

Lydiate Learning Trust is seeking an organised and proactive Cover Supervisor to oversee classes during short-term teaching staff absences. You will work under the direction of the Cover Manager to ensure learning activities run smoothly and behaviour remains positive.

The successful candidate will manage groups confidently, build positive relationships, and support high standards of behaviour, attendance and learning within a supportive environment.
