Job summary

Campion School is seeking an enthusiastic, innovative and resilient individual to provide strong support and assistance to staff and students across the school. You will present pre-prepared work to groups of students, normally in the absence of the class teacher, and carry out supervisory duties and administrative tasks as required.

The role requires high levels of organization, patience and empathy, with excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with students and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High level of organization with a calm, friendly approach.
• Patience, empathy and strong interpersonal skills with students and staff.
• Experience of working with young people.
